Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is something I didn't even know existed until last week but on further study (of colins notes) I've found out its actually quite a competitive business! All the business related websites out there are competing for the topspot on Google or are buying themselves a sponsored link. Some websites are employing all kinds of dodgy tactics like page bouncing, cloaking, page jacking, invisible words and keyword stuffing, just so they can be up with the best of the rest. Fair play to Google though, they penalise the sites that do this, BMW Germany actually got removed from the listings because of their antics!
